A visit to Hamburg’s most traditional coffee roaster, since 1923, and a private coffee museum. The owner, Jens Burg, sells 24 pure varieties of coffee, among those some of the most expensive qualities in the world, like Jamaica Blue, Blue Mountain and Hawaii. Learn everything about the processing of coffee and taste the varieties of the best and unusual coffees.

In the years of the "Golden 1920’s", Hamburg merchants built remarkable buildings for the sole use of their business. For their time, they were sensationally modern and useful, the wealth of the owners shown in splendid decorations on the fronts and interior staircases. A famous example is the Chilehaus which is shaped like a huge vessel.
The sightseeing walk will finish with a view into the architectural future: a model of HarbourCity, in construction.
